This is an upscale dorm near ABAC University. The pics have no relationship to reality.
I liked the food around ABAC (university).
This is a university dormitory that has been upscaled into a 'luxury condo' for tourists. There are hardly any staff. The gardner is the security guard and doorman. There were only 1-2 other guests....it was a ghost town with no F+B, no nothing. Pool too dirty to swim but well-kept koi pond. I just don't know what to make of the place...maybe has changed ownership a few times over the pandemic? Despite everything, I did enjoy my over-priced stay in this student dorm because the area has a lot to discover.

Too many deceit!
The only thing I liked was the woman who works in the restaurant. This is the most pleasant person who is constantly in a good mood and with her positive she charged other people. Well, the pool is also not bad, more or less clean.
I did not like that a lot of the information that is indicated on the site is not real. First of all, this is a 2 star hotel, barely 3, I would say, only because the complex is new and the rooms are still clean and free of insects. The staff does not speak English. This creates difficulties in communication. When booking on the site, indicate that the hotel has a transfer from and to the airport. I book a room, indicate that I need a transfer, indicate the time and day of arrival, and I receive a message that the transfer is paid separately 1800 baht one way. I'm shocked, my first thought, I was deceived in one question as many as 2 times, because, at the airport itself, I got into a taxi and drove to the hotel for 400 baht and the hotel asks to pay 1800, where does this price come from ??? But in the most important information, services that are provided for free are usually indicated! And already separately, in additional services, they attribute that there may be additional services, if necessary. Well, the rest, a room with a balcony, with a view from the window, this is also all a hoax. I generally keep quiet about personal hygiene items, they can’t even put soap. I asked the cleaning lady, she laughed, she says we don't have that. Hands out with my shower gel. She showed that everything that lies there, use it.
